What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
All sales are final. However, I will refund or replace any product that is damaged in shipping or deemed defective like a ripped canvas or chipped acrylic for example.

What is your Shipping Policy?
I ship via UPS within Canada & the United States. A tracking number will be provided by email to give you the ability to track your order throughout the shipping process. All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Average shipping/delivery time is between 2-7 days (once your finished order leaves the printing facility).

In what currency do you sell your products?
Canadian Dollars. Therefore, if you are a US customer my products will actually be less expensive for you because of the exchange rate.
I'm a US customer, will I be charged Customs or Duties?
No you will not.
Why are the sizes available different for all your images?
It all depends on how I process and crop each individual image. This means each image is original and unique

What is Wall Preview?
One of the great features I offer is the "Wall Preview". This allows you to visualize the image in various surroundings. You can choose the wall colour, image size & room setting like living room or cafe for example. Just click on the "Wall Preview Button"
What mediums & styles do you offer?
Canvas Photo Prints
Canvas photo prints are gallery quality fully customizable print displays with a 100% quality and color assurance guarantee. Canvas wraps will not fade or alter over time. Canvas images are printed on 450 gsm heavy weight satin canvas cloth with a solid 1.5" edge thickness. Each canvas print is hand stretched onto the finest Canadian kiln dried solid wood frame. All canvas prints 30’’ or larger are fitted with a back-stretcher bar for additional support to avoid future sagging.
IMPORTANT - Canvas images are defaulted to "Mirror Image" on the edges. Mirror Image means that we wrap the parts of the image closest to the edge over the sides of the canvas in a mirror image. You also have the option of adding a frame over the edges.
Facemount Acrylic Photo Prints
Clean, borderless, vibrant glass like surface acrylic wall prints with light refracting effects that brightens and enriches the image colors and subject matter. The facemount to acrylic process is like nothing else being offered on the market today. Acrylic prints bring out the best of images by andy k by enhancing vibrant colours, accentuating clear crisp details, and adding a three-dimensional look second to none
ChromaLuxe HD Metal Photo Prints
Infusing dyes directly into specially coated metal prints result in an outstanding image clarity and vibrancy with exceptional detail and resolution. Metal prints are scratch resistant and offer the longest fade resistance in the market. Metal photo prints are thin but extremely durable.
IMPORTANT - Not every image will be available in the Metal Photo Print option due to printer sizing constrictions.
Framed Under Glass or Gallery Frames
Custom framed prints include a white archival matte and are professionally framed and finished. The standard matte boarder size is 2" on either side (4" total) up to a print size of 16"x24" and 3" either side (6" total) for prints larger then 16"x24". Matting is only available in white.
Frame colours include black, white, brown and are available in classic, gallery & scoop styles.
IMPORTANT - When buying a framed product pick the type of paper first like "Gloss Paper" for example and then click "Continue" to make sure you get to the "Frame Options"
Photographic Print or Just the Print
If you just want the print then no problems. I offer a variety of high quality photographic paper options that captures every detail. These include Gloss, Matte, Satin & Metallic.
